Nature and Us

Nature and Us was a five day Spring Break camp with 5-6 year olds at Arts Umbrella’s Audain School of Art and Design.

The lesson explored how we ourselves are not seperate from nature, and through playful painting, collage, and clay, students explored stories about how nature and people come together, and imagined a fantastical hybrid figure inspired by artist Kathy Ruttenberg’s ceramic sculptures.
